Q. How much does your service cost?
A. As you can imagine, every task is different and so the cost does depend on what work you want us to do for you. But if you call us we will be able to give you cost estimate after a brief discussion on the phone.
Q. How do you guarantee confidentiality?
A. All of our staff sign a confidentiality agreement and the rules of the Institute (ICAEW) mean this is foremost in our mind.
Q. Are you registered with the Data Protection Authorities?
A. Yes, we are registered with the ICO to process personal information and all our processes comply with GDPR and data relevant legislation.
Q. Will you visit me at my home/place of work?
A. Absolutely. If you prefer us to visit you we are happy to arrange it.
Q. What qualifications do you have?
A. As a practice we are registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Registered ACCA and ICAEW training firm.
Q. Do you only work with companies local to you?
A. No, our clients are spread around the world, although we are from predominantly UK specialists.
Q. Will you store financial records for me?
A. We keep copies of what we need but as a rule we give the records back to our clients. They are, after all, your records which you may need for other reasons.
Q . I’m setting up a new company – should I incorporate?
A. The quick answer is .. it depends. We need to have a chat so that we can assess all of your circumstances (financial, personal and commercial) to give proper bespoke advice.
